2. Do your vests have concealed carry pockets?

Yes. Most of our leather vests and cuts come standard with two conceal carry pockets with snap closures — designed for both utility and discretion.


3. How should I care for my leather gear?

Wipe it down with a damp cloth and condition it with a trusted leather balm. Never machine wash, never soak. This gear is made to last — treat it like a tool, not a t-shirt.


4. What’s your return policy?

Simple. 30-day returns on anything unworn and unaltered. If it doesn’t fit or feel right, we’ll make it right.


5. Where is your gear made?

When it’s economically possible to hit our quality standards here at home, we make it in the USA — and we’re proud of that. But we also work with a trusted manufacturing partner we’ve known for over 20 years. Same hands, same standards, every time. What matters to us is craftsmanship, not borders. If it doesn’t meet our bar, it doesn’t wear the Crank & Stroker name. Period.


6. How do I know what size to order?

We offer a detailed sizing guide on every product page. If you're between sizes or wearing it over armor or a hoodie, we recommend sizing up. Still not sure? Reach out — we’ll help you dial it in.


7. Do you offer custom patches or personalization?

No — we don’t do patches or custom embroidery. That’s not our lane. We focus on building the highest-quality foundation so you can make it your own. Whether you're patching-in or keeping it clean, it starts with a cut that actually fits and holds up.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Just know that duties and customs fees may apply depending on your country. We don’t mark up shipping — just straight-up gear, straight to your door.


9. Is your leather full-grain?

100%. We use premium full-grain leather, not that processed split crap. It breaks in, not down — and it tells your story every time you ride.


10. What if I have an issue with my order?

We’ve rebuilt everything — including our customer service. If something’s wrong, reach out. We don’t hide behind policies. We make it right.
